Welcome to AnjanYoga's monthly membership plan - where you will have access yoga classes to practice along with, at any time. 15 fresh classes are added every month, and every class is kept available for a period of 2 months.

So what is "Hatha Yoga Unplugged"?

Simply put, that's our term for a practice devoid of any music, chanting, or talk of spirituality. The sequences are not meant to turn you into a human pretzel. Instead, they will give you a healthy and safe increase in mobility and strength, further enabling you to enjoy any other physical activity.

This program consists of full length ( 60 minutes) and short ( 30 minute) sessions. With the full length classes, the first two sessions of the week are always focused on form and moving slow with longer holds. The third class of the week is often dynamic in nature, working on strength and shorter holds. The short sessions are perfect for busy people or busy days.
